On November 11, 2025, the City University of Macau Faculty of Business and the Northwest University School of Economics and Management held cooperation talks, reaching preliminary consensus on various aspects including collaborative curriculum development and faculty academic exchange, laying a solid foundation for future in-depth cooperation.

The talks focused on multiple cooperative initiatives, including MBA student exchange programs, short-term summer courses, undergraduate BBA International Trade class exchanges, and faculty academic collaboration. These efforts aim to promote resource sharing between the two institutions and expand the international perspectives and academic capabilities of both students and faculty.

Regarding student exchange, both parties actively explored the feasibility of an MBA exchange program. The Northwest University School of Economics and Management expressed hope to select MBA students for exchange at the City University of Macau Faculty of Business in the future. Leveraging Macau's platform as an international city, this initiative seeks to enhance students' understanding of cross-regional business environments. Simultaneously, the two institutions also plan to develop one-week short-term summer programs, providing students with opportunities to experience education and culture in different regions, thereby further broadening their international horizons.

In terms of faculty academic exchange, the two faculties agreed to strengthen collaboration among teaching staff. This will include sharing teaching experiences, co-utilizing teaching resources, discussing teaching methodologies, and jointly conducting academic research. Both parties also plan to organize course lectures to further promote interaction and exchange between students and faculty, collectively enhancing teaching and research standards.

The City University of Macau Faculty of Business has consistently been committed to promoting international education and cross-regional cooperation.
