簡介 Abstract：
二O一七年三月，粵港澳大灣區建設被升級為國家級戰略！人才是積極推進粵港澳大灣區戰略建設的核心資源，人才資源的開發與流動，是大灣區充滿活力的關鍵。為進一步促進粵港澳大灣區人才交流平臺和網路建設，實現人才資源優勢互補、互惠互利，澳門城市大學聯合香港和內地高校，擬共同主辦“第二屆全球人才管理與開發:大灣區人才發展高峰論壇”。本次論壇面向全球人力資源管理學者與實踐專家，對標粵港澳大灣區建設目標，從高處著眼、圍繞人才成長規律和人才資源跨區域流動與開發的特點，探討粵港澳大灣區人才發展大勢，為深化粵港澳大灣區人才交流合作提供智力支持。
本次論壇同時開通徵文活動。誠征人才培養與人才開發系列稿件，以期為大灣區人才開發實踐提供智力支援！所有稿件預期於2019年12月集結出版。歡迎海內外學者不吝賜稿。
The construction of the Greater Bay Area (GBA) has been upgraded to a national-level strategy. Talent development is considered one of the top priority strategies of the plan. Therefore, to promote development and exchange among talents in this platform, the City University of Macau will host the 2nd Global Talent Management and Development: The Greater Bay Area Talent Development Summit, in partnership with Hong Kong and Mainland universities.
The Faculty of Business of the City University of Macau (FOB), invites professionals and scholars in the field to participate and/or submit papers for the 2nd Global Talent Management and Development: The Greater Bay Area Talent Development Summit (1st GBA Summit), on November 29, 2019, at the City University of Macau, China.
The Proceedings are expected to be published in December 2019. We welcome scholars from all over the world to submit your contributions.
