On September 17, FOB successfully held the first "Go Green" staff club gathering of the 2025–2026 academic year at the Exhibition Hall of the Cultural Centre of the Taipa Campus. Gather staff members from different faculty across the university. Through the rich and diverse booth games, student performances, and refined refreshments, the event further strengthened interaction and emotional connections among the faculty and staff.
The opening ceremony featured an address by Professor José C. Alves, Dean of the FOB. In addition to expressing gratitude for the support from all parties, he engaged warmly with international students present, highlighting the university's commitment to cross-cultural exchange. Following the speech, MBA and BBA students delivered carefully prepared performances, including martial arts, flute playing, and Latin dance. The blend of Eastern and Western artistic elements elevated the atmosphere to a climax. These performances not only showcased the students’ talents but also fostered a more harmonious teacher-student relationship, reflecting the university's educational philosophy of promoting holistic development.
Booth games and a variety of exquisite refreshments were also provided at the venue. In a relaxed and joyful atmosphere, faculty and staff had the opportunity to interact and establish a closer foundation for collaboration.
The "Go Green" staff club gathering not only enhanced a sense of belonging among the staff but also demonstrated the City University of Macau's continuous efforts in promoting humanistic care through concrete actions. The event concluded amid joy and warmth.
