The Faculty of Business of City University of Macau and the Business School of Soochow University held a successful meeting on January 30, 2024, at the Faculty of Business of the City University of Macau. The meeting aimed to strengthen the cooperation between the two universities in the field of teaching and research, and a series of important consensus was achieved.

During the meeting, the Faculty of Business of City University of Macau and the Business School of Soochow University fully introduced their respective faculties and programmes, and reached an intention to cooperate in both teaching and scientific collaboration. In terms of teaching cooperation, the two universities reached a consensus on the exchange programme of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and the cooperation and exchange program of Master of Business Administration (MBA). These programmes aim to promote student exchanges, cultivate excellent talents and improve teaching quality. In addition, both sides also agreed to strengthen cooperation and exchanges among junior professors, sharing teaching experience and exploring teaching methods through exchange visits and seminars.

Regarding research collaboration, both parties agreed to deepen scientific research cooperation and explore collaborative areas and methods, including academic exchanges, joint research project applications, and co-publication of research papers.

After the meeting, the Faculty of Business of City University of Macau and the Business School of Soochow University will further discuss the details of the collaboration and develop concrete action plans. Responsible individuals will be assigned to ensure the progress of the project and the smooth implementation of the cooperation.

The successful holding of this meeting lays a solid foundation for collaboration between the Faculty of Business of City University of Macau and the Business School of Soochow University further promoting the development of both universities in teaching and research, and providing students with more high-quality learning and research opportunities.
