On July 8, the final and award ceremony of the "2023 Macao Tertiary Institution Students Conference Challenge", organized by the youth committee of Macao Convention & Exhibition Association, was successfully held at Turfan Meeting Room, the Londoner Macau. BBA student Yitong Xu from Faculty of Business, Pei Yan, Yutao Yan, and Yueyue Jiang from Faculty of International Tourism and Management (FITM) formed a team, stood out from the 37 participating teams and won the championship with the project "2023琴澳醫學健康國際論壇".

The competition aims to provide students with the opportunity to develop innovative thinking, inject fresh and unique concept elements into the Macao exhibition, and stimulate students to apply what they have learned, strengthen organizational and analytical skills, enhance team spirit, and jointly make viable business solutions. Besides the first place, the team composed of Yitong Xu, Pei Yan, Yutao Yan and Yueyue Jiang won the Best Team Cooperation Award and the Best Costume Award as well. It will continue to compete for “2023 AFECA Asia MICE Youth Challenge” on behalf of Macau.

 It is a great honor to join the challenge and win the championship. Thanks to our two instructors, I was able to better understand how to write a proposal of conference activity. Furthermore, I would like to highly appreciate the concerted efforts of my teammates in making us champions. I hope we can keep it up with the greater achievements in the near future.
