On 25 Apr 2018, eleven Ph.D. students attended a training seminar - Global Investment Financing and Essentials of Overseas M&A of Chinese Enterprise, co-organized by the Faculty of Business and Hong Kong Institute of Public Administration (HKIPA).

On the seminar, Dr. Ronald Chung from the Equity Consulting has shared with the students different means of Global Investment Financing, respective strategies and personal experience. Meanwhile, he also demonstrated the process of M&A in simulation. Our students expressed that the seminar is rich in content, vivid, and very practical. They have all gained a lot from Dr. Chung’s lecture, which are very vivid, rich and practical.

After the training, all the students were awarded a certificate from HKIPA.
