On 13th October, 2015, the FOB and FHSS Postgraduate Paper Explanation Session for Night Class was held in Room 314, Royal Centre Campus. More than 50 teachers and students attended the session, including Professor Cai Zhiming, Head of Academic Affairs Office and Graduate Office, and Dr. Eva Khong, Executive Associate Dean of Faculty of Business.

Professor Cai introduced the management procedures for thesis research and defense, enabling students to understand the details of applying thesis defense. Meanwhile, the Graduate Office was to release the newly standardized paper writing guide and the cover template.

Dr. Eva Khong gave a lecture on how to write a paper. She explained it from the thesis proposal to the structure of paper, and reminded students to pay attention in every phase of the process. 

Students raised questions and initiated discussions in the session, while Professor Cai and Dr. Khong answered patiently. Postgraduate students are well prepared for writing papers and planning their thesis defense as a result of attending this session.
