Starting in 2021, the Rector’s Office has regularly cooperated with various faculties to organize "Go Green" staff club activities to promote communication between faculty and staff through various networking activities. On the afternoon of April 30, 2025, the "Go Green" staff club tea gathering co-organized by the Faculty of Business (FOB) of City University of Macau was successfully held in the Exhibition Hall of the Cultural Centre of the Taipa Campus, drawing a large number of participants.

At the event's opening, Vice Rector Wanlei Zhou and Dean José C. Alves of the Faculty of Business warmly welcomed all attendees. They expressed gratitude for everyone’s long-term efforts and contributions, with special thanks to the students for their active support and participation in the event. They emphasized that this gathering was not only an opportunity for socializing but also an important platform for exchanging ideas and strengthening friendships.

In response to the “Go Green” theme, the Faculty of Business meticulously planned a series of engaging activities, including live performances, prize games, and healthy, delicious snacks and beverages. In a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, staff and faculty savored exquisite refreshments while immersing themselves in the violin and street dance performances by FOB students, showcasing their talent and vitality. These performances not only added fun to the event but also highlighted the diversity of campus culture.

Subsequently, everyone actively participated in game booths, fostering lively and friendly interactions. The games enhanced mutual understanding and allowed participants to build deeper connections through relaxed interactions.

During this “Go Green” event, the warm interactions between leaders and staff showcased the university's care and importance placed on its faculty and staff, reflecting an open communication ethos and highlighting the university's cultural values. Amid laughter and joy, attendees left with a sense of fulfillment, filled with rich exchanges and wonderful memories.

Through such activities, City University of Macau continuously strengthens the spirit of teamwork among staff and faculty, promotes a harmonious campus atmosphere, and lays a solid foundation for future development.
