The 2021 academic year Faculty of Business Students' Self-Visit Enterprises plan has been successfully completed. Below is one of the group: Koi Kei Bakery (Sun Jing Lun, Zhou Zi Han, Zheng Zhe Xin, Zheng Hao)

Koi Kei was originally in a corner of the street, mainly selling peanut candy and ginger candy with carts. In 1997, it opened its first store and became famous for the first to sell charcoal-grilled macaroons and egg rolls on site. There are more than 300 kinds of products on sale now, among which almond cookies, egg rolls, peanut candy, pig and beef jerky are the most popular among customers. And set up a product development department to break through the tradition and create more new varieties, such as; Portuguese Cookies, Modified Bird's Knot, and more. In order to make customers find their souvenirs in Koi Kei.

Starting from a car stall selling peanut candy on the street, Koi Kei has now grown into an iconic souvenir shop in Macau with 28 stores in various districts, and business is so good that customers will complain about insufficient service.

The respondents are terminal marketers of Koi Kei,  which are the most front-line employees. The specific sales volume of products each month will be different, but basically the products can be sold. If any products are not satisfactory, the upstream of the industry chain will be notified to reduce production. People of different ages have obvious preferences, and the vast majority of customers are mainland tourists who come to Macau. Since Koi Kei's products are special products of Macau, most of the customers are tourists from other places, so they naturally want to buy some local special products to taste or give to relatives and friends. After the epidemic, Koi Kei 's sales have dropped significantly, and the average sales are even less than one-third of the previous ones. The main reason is that the number of tourists coming to Macau during the epidemic has dropped sharply, and the sales specialties have also decreased. Koi Kei correspondingly reduced the number according to the sales volume in the recent period. However, Koi Kei believes that the epidemic will eventually pass, Macau's tourism industry will prosper again, and Koi Kei's sales can also recover.
