On 28^th April, 2018, jointly organized by the Faculty of Business of the City University of Macau, the Macau Institute of Financial Services and the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants (IARFC), the Professional Diploma in Financial Consulting Program is launched at City University of Macau successfully. Mr. Allan Wan, International Association of Registered Financial Consultants Hong Kong and Macau Centre Company Limited, Speaker of the first class Mr. Jimmy Chan attended the Opening Ceremony.

 Mr. Allan Wan declared the opening speech. He firstly warmly welcomed all the students and then briefly introduced the RFC accreditation, as well as the passing requirements of the Program. The Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) is a professional designation awarded by the IARFC to those financial advisors who can meet the high standards of education, experience and integrity that are required of all its members. Those who pass the program are able to apply for being Registered Financial Consultant (RFC), which is the worldwide professional accreditation. The program is aim at training the professions with the international view and practical skills of Financial Planning, and apply to and contribute to the Macau society.
