Professor Priscilla Roberts, who will become the coordinator of the International Business Cohort of the BBA, met with the cohort on 7^th September in the Conference Room, Luso-Chinese Building at 2:00 p.m. The gathering provided an opportunity for both sides to get to know each other better, in a relatively informal setting. Most of the group was high-achieving students from Mainland China. Each student had an opportunity to introduce themselves. They also discussed some of the planned special activities for this group. Some of the students were intrigued by the fact that they are in a new, pioneering programme, and Professor Roberts had been a pioneer at Cambridge University, where she was one of the first women admitted to King’s College, Cambridge, previously an all-male college. The new students of the cohort had a great time meeting with Professor Roberts and look forward to meeting her again in the very near future.
