The FOB Holds "Career Development and Interview Skills" Sharing Session to Enhance Students' Employability

On October 22, Assistant Professor Bowen Dong from the FOB conducted a sharing session titled "Career Development and Interview Skills" for students in Classroom N202. The session covered various common interview types, such as group interviews, situational interviews, and stress interviews, aiming to help students master practical job-seeking skills and enhance their employability.

 

Assistant Professor Bowen Dong systematically explained the characteristics, strategies, and key considerations for different types of interviews. Through rich case studies, he vividly illustrated essential techniques, such as how to demonstrate teamwork skills in group interviews, respond flexibly to practical problems in situational interviews, and maintain logical clarity and psychological stability in high-pressure environments. Professor Dong also engaged in in-depth discussions with students on topics such as career positioning and workplace adaptation.

 

The entire session was characterized by an active atmosphere and frequent interactions. Students enthusiastically asked questions and discussed common challenges encountered in interviews with the faculty present, generating a lively response. Many students expressed that the session provided them with a clearer understanding of the job-seeking process and boosted their confidence in facing future workplace challenges.
