On November 13, 2023, organized by Zhuguang Human Resources Operations (Macau) Co., LTD., the "Security System Management (Zhuhai) Seminar" for Zhuhai Security Group was held at the headquarters of Zhuhai Security Group on November 13, 2023. Wei-Nien Chen, Assistant Professor from the Faculty of Business (FOB), City University of Macau, was invited to give a keynote speech on the theme of "技術創新能力與績效提升".

During the speech, Assistant Professor Wei-Nien Chen explained to the middle and senior managers of Zhuhai Security Group, including creativity and innovation, innovation factors, innovation cultivation, technological innovation ability and innovation resources, the internal factor structure of innovation ability cultivation, and performance improvement. After the lecture, he exchanged experience and answered questions with the leaders of various groups and departments on the site. The response was quite warm.

The lecture can facilitate access to enhance the exchange of academic, training and management practices between FOB and large mainland enterprises, laying a good foundation for future industry-university cooperation with mainland enterprises and establishing a broader space for development.
