"928 BIZ Connect" was held today (26/11) at the 3 69 Co-op Town- Dynasty Service Station As a post event of the "928 Challenge" (abbreviated as the 928 Challenge), 928 BIZ Connect aims to provide an opportunities for the winning teams meet up with representative of Chambers of Commerce, Incubation Centers, venture capital and business consultants, in order to transform the start-up ideas from competition projects to commercial projects. The 928 Challenge is an entrepreneurship competition that aims to promote and strengthening of youth entrepreneurship and innovation exchanges between China and Portuguesespeaking countries, with Macao as a platform, project focus on to the China and Portuguesespeaking countries Market. In 2022, more than 150 teams have jointed the challenge and 16 teams reached the finals.
A total of six winning projects from City University of Macau, Macau Polytechnic University, Macau University of Science and Technology, Shenzhen University and Guangzhou Normal University of Technology were introduced to business representatives and investment advisors, project including areas of environmental technology, environmental recycling, Bay Area entrepreneurship services, agriculture, and cultural development.
"928 Biz Connect" is jointly organized by the 928 Challenge Committee and the Macau 369 Coop Town, co-organized by Macau New Creative Media Limited and EConsultant Services Limited. Guests invited including representative of Macau Industry Association, Co-op Town – CEO Mr. Alvin Fong, representative of Macau Industry and Commerce Association Deputy Secretary General Mr. Andrew Ng, Macau Youth Entrepreneur Association Vice President Mr. Ieong Seak Ming, Co-Founders of 928 Challenge and Dean of Faculty of Business, City University of Macau, Prof. Jose Alves and Guest lecture Mr. Marco Rizzolio, MSS Recruitment and Hello-Jobs.com, Founder and Executive Director, Ms. Jiji Tu, Guangdong -Macau Juvenile Venture International Group Ltd. And Guangdong & Macau Young Entrepreneurs International Industrial Ltd. Deputy General Manager, Ms. Liu Yue Ming.
