Welfare Printing Ltd. was founded in 1979, and it has been established for 44 years this year. The founder worked in a nearby printing factory during school, but the printing technology used by the printing factory at that time was type-printing, which belongs to movable-type printing. The founder came into contact with offset-printing in the printing factory. He found that this printing method was more convenient than type-printing, so he studied more deeply and found this business opportunity.

On May 30, the students visited Welfare Printing, Zhou Shao Xiang, Chairman of Welfare Printing Ltd. and President of Macau Printing Industry Association, introduced to the students what the printing company mainly does in daily life, showed the company's machine operation and produced products, and introduced the principles of printing to the students. And development, he told the students how Macau enterprises survive and develop during the epidemic and the current development of Macau's printing industry.

In the interview, Mr. Zhou told the students that the power that college students can inject into the company mainly lies in the use of advanced machines and computers, color management, environmental protection, painting, and typesetting design. The entrepreneurial spirit of exploration in start-ups and the spirit of continuous reform and innovation all need students to learn.
