The presentation was about the policy of energy sector, the rule of government as well as the development of energy sector in Macau’s monopoly market. Mr. Lou gave an inside point of view which leaded the student could understand the real cases and the practices in the sector. Students were actively participated in the sharing, asked many questions. Some of comments from students: “I just learned the theory before, and I didn't feel much.  Today I talked about the actual use of Macau impressive.  It let’s me understand how it works of monopoly and it’s effects to the market players and consumer. Very interesting about the point of view from the regulators.”
