On 20th May 2016, the “2016 Conference on East Asia Economics and Management” was held at Fo-Guang University in I-Lan, Taiwan. Dr. Jen-Hung Kingston Wang, Assistant Professor of Faculty of Business (FOB), attended the conference with Yan Huang and You Wu, MBA students supervised by Dr. Wang. Two papers were published and presented in the conference.

In addition, the “2016 Business & Management Conference of the Taiwan Institute of International Business Studies” was held at Chinese Culture University in Taipei, Taiwan on 27th May 2016. Dr. Jen-Hung Kingston Wang attended the conference with Li-Qin Gao, Xiao-Yu Han, Chun-Yan Li and Chao-Fan Che, MBA students supervised by Dr. Wang. After assessment of the abstract of the submitted papers, thirty-five papers were presented in the conference, in which four papers were submitted by our students. Three papers were awarded Best Paper of the Conference subsequently including Han’s paper on “Construct the Indicators of Performance Evaluation for Economical Chain Hotel and Five-Star Hotel and Discuss the Employee Satisfaction”. Han’s paper was highly regarded by the reviewers for being well-illustrated and inspiring.
