International Business Cohort students take full advantage of the exchange programmes and internship opportunities available to them through City University and from other sources in the summers. In 2019, many of them went overseas or to China and took part in special exchange programmes or worked as interns for businesses or volunteer organizations. Several of the first year went together in a group to the University of British Columbia’s summer school, and the second years went to Singapore to join the NUS Enterprise summer programme on entrepreneurship. Here are some of their stories of what they did during the summer. And most of the other students also kept themselves very busy, with many of them studying for the IELTS test and learning to drive, as well as travelling in China and Asia!
