Course Description

In this course, the theory of each stage of organizational development and the current important organizational development are discussed step by step from a systematic perspective. In the process of organizational development, the author further studies the structural changes of individuals, processes and strategic concepts within an organization based on the perspective of humanity and the measurement of technology structure.
