Operation is the part of a business organization that is responsible for producing goods and services. This course presents an introduction and overview of operations management. It also provides a description of operations management's historical evolution and a discussion of the trends and issues that impact operations management. Topics to be covered include project management, process design and analysis, quality management, inventory management, and lean operations. |
