On October 18, 2024, students and professors from the Faculty of Business participated in the V-Transform Expo hosted by Vastcom Company at the Macau Tower. The event, themed “Global Digital Innovation Convergence: Connecting Tech Landscapes for Future Growth,” showcased the latest progress in natural language technology development, system security detection and maintenance, cloud computing services, and digital transformation.

The delegation from the Faculty of Business comprises more than 40 BBA and MBA students and three professors (Associate Professor Farzad Sabetzadeh, Assistant Professor Liujian Huang, and Assistant Professor Liangbo Zhang). The delegation participated in various activities, including keynote speeches, discussions, and practical workshops.

At the main conference of this expo, valuable insights on artificial intelligence, sustainable technology, and innovation, system security, etc. were provided, and their practical applications in the business world were highlighted. In addition, this conference also demonstrated the most cutting-edge artificial intelligence achievements to the participants, such as robots and robotic dogs. At the venue, students can experience the novel experience of human-computer interaction brought by artificial intelligence technology through hands-on operation and control.
