On 11 and 13 April 2022, Mr. Winter Un (Green Monday Ambassador) and Mr. Jack Yu (the person in charge of Food Trend Trading Limited), gave a seminar to bachelor students in BA302 Business Ethics titled "Green New Model, Lifestyle, and Business Opportunity". The presentation was divided into two parts. First, Mr. Winter Un, who spoke at the first section of the "Green Food and Environment", emphasized the need to make minor changes in personal diet habits, such as being a vegetarian on every Monday, to help alleviate climate change and actively promote a sustainable global environment. Second, Mr. Jack Yu shared his business development path and extensive practical experience for the "sustainable business model". They meticulously prepared reflection and interaction sessions to help students comprehend how environmental protection can start with small changes in daily life, as well as the value and potential of a sustainable business model. Students also actively engaged in the seminar by asking questions and presenting their thoughts in different groups.
