On April 17th, a meaningful exchange event took place at 369 Collaborative Town, led by Ms. Melody Cheang, a lecturer from the Faculty of Business at City University of Macau, along with third-year students majoring in Brand Management. Through this valuable "university-enterprise collaboration" outdoor learning experience, students not only deepened their understanding of industry trends but also broadened their entrepreneurial horizons.

During the sharing session, Mr. Yang Hongwei, the head of 369 Collaborative Town, provided a detailed introduction to modern enterprise management and the application of innovative technologies. He shared his rich experience in leveraging modern technology to empower traditional industries. Mr. Yang emphasized that the Macau market has potential for development in areas such as study tours, media, education, and data storage, and he offered practical industry knowledge and development advice to the students present.

In addition, Mr. Chen Jiaqing, a representative from the local brand ZhongRen Soup Industry, shared valuable experiences in establishing the brand. Through clear and accessible examples, he effectively illustrated how to attract and maintain consumer interest through brand visuals and communication. He pointed out that clear and accurate positioning, effective marketing strategies, and brand management are key factors in building a successful brand. During the sharing session, ZhongRen Soup Industry also prepared a variety of signature soups for the students to taste. Student representative Ye Zhanhong commented, "We greatly benefited from this sharing session. The unique product tasting experience created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, and we gained a deeper understanding of brand building and brand value enhancement."

At the end of the session, Mr. Yang Hongwei engaged in in-depth discussions with the students. The students actively raised questions, demonstrating a strong interest in future entrepreneurial opportunities. Furthermore, with Mr. Yang Hongwei's assistance, some mainland students successfully registered new companies through this exchange event. One of the students expressed that this event not only provided an opportunity for students to understand the forefront of the industry but also allowed them to have a clearer plan for their future career paths.

This exchange event provided an opportunity for students to interact with successful entrepreneurs. By listening to the entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial journeys, success stories, failure experiences, and valuable advice, students were inspired in their entrepreneurial thinking and gained practical experience and wisdom. Some students expressed their hope for the FOB to organize more sharing and exchange events of this nature in the future.
