Wealth Management Lecture for DBA Students Hosted by Vincent Cai, Executive Director of Well Link Bank

On May 2nd, Mr. Vincent Cai, Executive Director and Vice President of Well Link Bank, held a lecture titled "Wealth Management in Macau" for the DBA students at the HG01. The event attracted the participation of teachers and students interested in wealth management and the financial industry.

 

Mr. Cai engaged in discussions with the students on four main topics: wealth creation and distribution, the Macau wealth management market, asset allocation and wealth planning, and the Macau financial industry's position in the global context. Mr. Cai pointed out that the wealth management market in Macau is diverse and innovative, providing investors with a wider range of choices and development opportunities. In recent years, the wealth management market in Macau has flourished, attracting numerous international financial institutions to establish a presence.

 

During the lecture, Executive Director Vincent Cai delved into the importance of asset allocation. He emphasized that asset allocation should be based on investors' risk preferences and wealth planning, aiming to achieve wealth appreciation and preservation goals through intelligent investment strategies. He elaborated on the overall logic of asset allocation, including obtaining the optimal risk-return ratio of major asset classes, selecting investment advice and products to achieve excess returns, and continuously adjusting and optimizing investment portfolios.
