Kelcy is a serial entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience in entrepreneurship and wine business. After graduating from university, Kelcy was employed by China Merchants Group as a management trainee, and later as the manager of the CEO office of China Merchants Group's wholly-owned subsidiary Hailian Trading Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., responsible for fine wine trading, in China in 2012. Starting his first wine trading company, he has since founded several businesses including the award-winning tech startup StockVins to great success.

In 2019, he established a technology start-up company, StockVins Technology Limited, mainly focusing on innovation and technology application in the wine industry. StockVins is now focusing on AI innovation and implementation by leveraging Kelcy's patented AI computer vision technology that enables wine label recognition and automated counting. Game-changing applications will be used in wine storage and smart retail operations. StockVins won many awards such as China Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition, China Mobile OneNET Hackathon Competition, and the first GBA 5G AIC Competition.
