The Faculty of Business (FOB) of City University of Macau (澳門城市大學商學院) is committed to integrating theory and practice in teaching and encouraging students to take the initiative to understand the development of Macau enterprises. On March 25, FOB organzised the Field Visit to Crowne Plaza Macau. Mr. Fred Wu, Human Resources Director of Crowne Plaza Macau, was invited to talk to the students about the hotel's brand philosophy and service framework, and to introduce the hotel's services for efficient business travel.

During the visit, Mr. Wu emphasized that the hotel's brand management strategy should focus on maintaining customer relationship. To effectively implement the corporate philosophy, the training of staff should be managed in a directional manner. After the lecture, the students were received by the hotel staff and visited the hotel's various guest rooms, such as the meeting rooms and banquet halls with special features. Students could have a deeper feeling of the hotel's business strategy and experience the effect of the hotel's staff training and management. 

During the event, Vice President Chow presented a souvenir on behalf of the College of Business to thank Crowne Plaza Macau for its support to the College of Business of City University of Macau.
